Christina Hall Shares Look Inside Her 'Life Lately' a Month After Split from Husband Josh Hall (2024)

Christina Hall is giving an update on how she’s been spending her time since splitting from husband Josh Hall.

The HGTV star shared an Instagram carousel featuring recent highlights of activities with friends and family on Wednesday, Aug. 14, captioning it simply, “Life Lately,” followed by a heart emoji.

In the first snap, Christina wears a sporty navy dress and white sneakers while posing with contractor Michael Lange and Kylie Wing, an interior designer who’s worked on Christina on the Coast.

Another photo sees Christina grinning and flashing a peace sign with each hand as she’s lifted by four friends, all sporting long, blonde locks.

There’s also a picture of a group dinner, in which she was joined by four pals including Wing and her hair and makeup artist Julia Gonzales, who recently teased their private chats.

Along with other images of visits with friends, Christina included a shot of her two sons — 8-year-old Brayden and 4-year-old Hudson —playing in the sand at the beach and another of daughter Taylor, 13, shielding her face with a peace sign as Christina smiles.

Christina, 41, shares Brayden and Taylor with her first husband and Flip or Flop costar, Tarek El Moussa, and Hudson with her second husband, Celebrity IOU: Joyride host Ant Anstead.

Josh, 43, is Christina’s third husband. News of their divorce broke last month, when Josh filed on July 15 citing "irreconcilable differences" and requesting spousal support.

Christina responded with her own filing on July 24, which asked that neither party be allowed to request support, and listed the properties at stake in the divorce — including their $12 million Newport Beach, Calif. Mansion.

The Christina in the Country star posted another personal update last week, sharing that she has a “new level of gratitude" in the wake of her split.

Christina wrote on her Instagram Stories on Aug. 9, “One month later ... I finally have my appetite back. I'm exercising again. My kids are happy and our house feels like home. 'Those poor kids' adore me ... anyone who knows us for real knows this and that's what matters.”

The HGTV host added that she’s “laughed more than I have in forever” recently on nights out with friends and that “work is going so good it feels like a dream.”

Christina also shared that she has a life coach, to whom she made a promise.

“I will never ever give away my peace again,” she wrote. “I will say — if you've ever lost peace and gained it back there is a new level of gratitude for every single moment of life. A huge level of appreciation for the present moments and being present.”

“If that’s the lesson I'll take it. When you have a positive mindset the rest will work itself out like it always does,” she ended the post.

Josh moved out of the couple’s shared home earlier this month, according to photos obtained exclusively by PEOPLE.

Josh, who is also a real estate professional, spoke out for the first time on Instagram on Aug. 2, writing, “I prefer privacy, especially during something as life-changing as a divorce I did not ask for."

“I will not publicly badmouth anyone as people have families, friends and others who respect and love them,” he added.

Josh was originally set to appear alongside Christina on the upcoming HGTV series The Flip Off, a competition show in which they were going to face off with Tarek and his new wife, Heather El Moussa in a house flipping showdown.

Multiple sources have confirmed to PEOPLE that Christina had returned to filming the series, without her estranged husband, and on Aug. 7 she was seen arriving on the set of the show solo. The Flip Off is scheduled to premiere in 2025

In another recent Instagram Stories post, Christina shared a message to those reaching out to her with romantic messages since the news of her split from Josh: “Dear men. Your hand written / typed letters are cute but no you will not be my 4th ex husband 🤪."
